The database is to create ongoing support for those who need someone to talk to, someone to help when your mental health is declining as well as to help support all of those providing this care. Some examples of care practices are: talk therapy, Cranial Sacral, yoga, energy healing, movement, harm reduction. Certification is not necessary but is useful. There are no requirements of traditional methods for healing. The essential tenet is to do no harm. The database grows with your contribution.
